Ina Valley hosted a cycling tour to relive the Edo period samurai who walked the fantastic early Nakasendo Road by bicycle.

This adventure was guided by Mr. Oguchi, a legendary cyclist of Ina Valley in Nagano.

Together with local adventurers, we turned a now-disused resource an ancient road into a cycling tour.

This was a great achievement in the re-utilization of a local resource an ancient road.

Furthermore, we were more than happy to see that the cycling tours we conducted this time were recognized as “the real Japan”.

We will continue to create and offer this kind of Japan as it is known to the public, both as an experience program and as a community.
