From 24 September, we took a two-day/one-night whirlwind trip to Shingu City in Wakayama Prefecture, Japan. Following on from last year, this is a project aimed at building products for the European, American, and Australian markets. We are proud that the process of strengthening visitor volume is already in motion.
This year, we will expand the area from the city to the mountain areas, and create a course that will allow you to enjoy a longer and deeper stay in Shingu.
Even through just a quick two-day business trip, it’s possible to go around waterfalls on an e-bike, check out Doro Gorge, and walk the Ikadashi no Michi (a place I’ve been wanting to go to for three years!)
Combined with the city products we created last year, we want to push the limits of how much of Shingu people can enjoy in just two nights and three days.
We are also planning a monitor tour in November, so we will have to do our best to bring out a fresh and unique story to share by then… The way we maneuver in October will be the key.
As a product primary aimed at the European, American and Australian markets, we would like to highlight the charms of Shingu in a different way to last year.
Due to the tight schedule we weren’t able to meet most stakeholders this time, but we hope to have the opportunity to meet everyone in Shingu at our leisure when we arrive in October and on the monitor tour in November.
